Shipping Policy

In order to ensure your order arrives in a timely manner please be sure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. Once your order is placed and the payment is confirmed please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be confirmed and processed, this does not include the weekend or holidays. 

     Once your order and payment has been confirmed you will receive tracking information via the email provided when you placed the order. Please allow 7-14 business days to receive your order. In the event your package is lost you may contact the United States Post Office with your tracking number as all shipments will have insurance coverage included with the priority shipping method we use. All lost/stolen claims need to directed and processed through the United States Postal Office.  

For preorders please allow 5-10 business days for processing. Tracking information will be emailed upon the shipping of your item.
